Minimum order value and freight
Why has freight been added to this order?
Each account has a minimum order value. Below it, freight applies unless somebody waives it and records who.
The minimum exists because a small drop costs the same to deliver as a large one. A customer who orders below it every week is being served at a loss even at full margin.
Waiving freight occasionally is a commercial decision. Waiving it every time means the minimum is set wrong for that account, and the fix is the agreement rather than a weekly waiver.
