Each site is compared with its own ordering pattern, not with anybody else's. A site that orders every four days and has not ordered in eleven is on this list; a park that orders monthly is not. The list is ranked by what the call is worth: average order value multiplied by how late it is.

What a customer costs to serve
Gross margin stops at the cost of the goods. This carries on: what it cost to put a truck at their door, and what it costs to carry the money while they take their terms to pay. Two customers on the same 32% gross margin are not the same customer if one of them is forty small drops around Molong.

Why this is not an AI tab
Every line on this page is a rule you can read: mean days between a site's own orders, cost per drop by branch, cost of money over actual debtor days. That is deliberate. When a rep rings a customer and the customer argues, the rep has to be able to say exactly why the system said what it said, and "the model thought so" is not an answer. The same figures could be summarised in natural language later, but the arithmetic underneath would be this, and it would still be the part that has to be right.
